In 2014 we decided to go as Mad Hatters to Wizard World , I handmade our costumes out of thrift store finds , cardboard top hats and scraps of fabric.
Cereal Boxes came in handy for the hats

For Base Make Up I used Supracolor Cream Make up in Clown White by Kryolan, Personally I really like this make up I bought the 30ML and after using it in over 10 Make Up Costumes I still have enough for more.
